The purpose of the Association is to provide equal opportunity for all in the sport of bowling without regard to race, religion, age, gender disability or national origin; to promote the game of American Ten Pin and conduct and support bowling competition.
 
Youth bowling leagues are a great way to meet new friends, exercise and learn a challenging sport.Youth members of the Troy Association have the opportunity to join the Troy Association Youth Leaders, a group of youth led by elected peers and supervised by volunteer adult members of the Association who provide assistance at local and state tournaments as well as community service and fund raisers.  Their facebook page is Troy Youth Leaders.

RECENT NEWS :

  • Troy City Youth Tournament
    Team Event will be held at Alpha Lanes on Sat., January 21 with squad times at 10am, 12:30pm and 3pm and Sun., January 22 with squad times at 12:00pm and 3:00pm
    Doubles and Singles Event will be held at Green Island Lanes on Sat., January 28 at 12:00pm and Sun., January 29 at 12:30pm.

  • During the CDYST Tournament hosted at Latham Sparetime, Latham, NY, on Saturday, October 1, Scott Lansing, a freshman at Hudson Valley Community College, bowling out of Green Island Lanes and Latham Sparetime finished fifth overall for the day.

  • During the NEJST Tournament hosted at Del Lanes in Delmar, NY on Sunday, October 2, two of Green Island Lanes' youth bowlers finished in the top three. Amber Dominic, a freshman at Siena College finished second with Catie Bell,, a senior at Averill Park High School, finishing third.
